setting up second device

Hi, I'm tring to set up my second FRAMED device but it's not connected to fr.fm device setting page. The connection status is always "Not Connected
Framed is powered off, or isn't connected to the internet". Even the device is turned on and connected wifi.

The device looks like connected to my wifi because I can see the my wifi ssid and green 5 bars on right top corner of the screen.

I have another FRAMED and it works perfectly in my wifi enviorment. Only second one doesn't work.

any thourhgt to fix the issue? thanks.
